Off until you turn it on

An owner or admin turns AI on in Settings → Firm settings. Until then no AI features appear.

How drafts work

Everything AI writes is labelled, logged with its prompt and model, and stays a draft until an advisor edits and approves it. Only approved text reaches a client or a report.

Plan figures go to the model without names. Before meeting notes are sent, members' names become "Person 1" and "Person 2", and account numbers, emails and phone numbers are removed. Requests ask the provider to keep no data.
