Households and the household record

Adding households

Use Households → New household, or Import to bring many in from a spreadsheet. A household starts as a prospect, a client or a former client.

Add each member with a date of birth: plans, KYC and benefits all depend on it.

What we never store

Axiom Advisor never stores Social Insurance Numbers, full account numbers (only the last four digits), government ID images, passwords or brokerage credentials. Fields and file names that look like a SIN or a full account number are refused, and statements, tax documents and agreements need you to confirm those numbers are blacked out before upload.

History

Every change is recorded with its before and after values, shown on the household's activity timeline.
