Security, privacy and your data
How client data is protected, and how to take all of it with you.
Isolation
Each firm's data is separated in the database itself (row-level security), not only in the app. Clients in the portal see only their own household.
Encryption and logging
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; KYC answers and meeting notes are also encrypted field by field with a key kept outside the database. The audit log can't be edited or deleted and records every change, view of KYC and download.
Your data
Owners and admins can export everything the firm keeps, at any time, as CSV files in a ZIP: Settings → Firm settings → Export all firm data.
Sign-in
Use multi-factor authentication. Your firm's owner can require it for everyone.
